    Paul has been in successful CEO and Board roles for 25 years and is a career leader, thinker and entrepreneur. His leadership style is based on strong strategy and team building skills. Highly intelligent and a great communicator Paul is an experienced trust and reputation builder with internal and external stakeholders.

    In 2019 Paul was awarded the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Central Regional for Social Entrepreneurship, in 2014 was the Macquarie Bank David Clark Fellowship winner and has received numerous awards and recognition for his leadership and innovative thinking.

    Paul is well known for his 18.5 year tenure as CEO of SYC Ltd where he led the organisation from a small community based charity to become one of the largest and most innovative, for purpose organisations in Australia.

    Paul is the current Chief Executive of Corporate Advisory firm Structured Innovation Pty Ltd, current board member and former Chairman of digital wine company Vinomofo, serves on the SA Entrepreneurship Advisory Board and board of NFP organisations Bedford Group and Skills IQ and is a past board member of SYC, White Ribbon Australia and a wide variety of government advisory boards and committees.

    Paul is a futurist, innovator, strategist and business leader who is the founder of the TYSON (Tell Your Story Once Now) project working with a range of collaborators to revolutionise the way citizen-services are delivered in Australia.

    Carolyn is an experienced CEO and Non-Executive Director who has spent the past 11 years leading one of the world's longest standing social innovation enterprises, The Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI). Prior to TACSI, Carolyn had a long career in State Government where she moved between a number of practice, policy and leadership roles with the Department of Child Protection.

    Carolyn is a consultant and coach and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, applying her 25 years of social policy and innovation experience as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Junction Australia and The Fay Fuller Foundation.

  • Brent Reilly

    Brent Reilly works with individuals and teams to perform at elite level. Brent helps to develop skills to optimise resilience and wellbeing and be the best you can be.

    High performance in sport or business requires skill, dedication and talent - but no level of skill can overcome low resilience and wellbeing. Indeed high levels of resilience and wellbeing can overcome shortcomings in skills and talent.

    Few people have lived experience in the value of resilience and wellbeing than Brent Reilly. Brent was a first round AFL draft pick in 2001 and joined the Adelaide Crows team where he played 203 games over 14 years and has been granted Life Membership.

    He was forced to retire after an horrendous accident at training resulted in a fractured skull in 2015 and advice that he never play football again.

    Sharing his insights into the world of professional sport, recovery from setbacks, reinvention of himself Brent is an outstanding speaker and coach.

    Forced to retire through injury in 2015, Brent joined the SA Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI) and provides advice and leadership in resilience and wellbeing for athletes and business people.
    His work in this area is informed by medical professionals, is strengths and evidence based and can be the difference between sustained winning performance and inconsistent, frustrated performance.
